Hermes Trismegistus – In The Beginning Was The Word

Hermes Trismegistus (also known as Thoth) is much like the mysterious Lao Tzu or Jesus in that nobody really knows if he ever really existed. It is said that it was Hermes that took Imhotep under his wing as his first student and with this knowledge Imhotep built the pyramid of Djoser, the oldest known pyramid in the world. It is also said that religions even the most ancient ones like Hinduism and Judaism are derived from the teachings and writings of Hermes.

Typically, many are quick to dismiss such teachings as they are tied with satanic rituals and Lucifer but like any knowledge, scientific knowledge for example can be used to improve the world or to destroy it; to exploit and profit or to liberate and uplift. Anyway, for those that have eyes to see and ears to hear here is a link to a book (it’s free) of the fundamental teachings of Hermes Trismegistus: The Kybalion.
